As CPRAM Co., Ltd (“the company”) recognize the importance of personal data that our customers gave to us, we are willing to comply with Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) in order to ensure that our customer will receive the protection regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of Personal Data. For the above reasons, we have provided this document to inform our method of collecting, using, or disclosing (“Processing”) your personal data.
The company would like you to give an attention to this document to acknowledge and understand the company’s objectives. Your personal data will only be used for the purpose of operating the company and we have been set up security measures to prevent unauthorized persons from using your personal data.
The data that you provide to us to report a complaint which has been collected and/or used such as name, telephone number, email address and other information that relate to the complaint (“personal data”) by the company for three years since the date that you send the complaint will only be processed within company or within our affiliated company. We intend to use the given data to verify your identity, to adjust, to improve and to investigate or to seek facts from the matter you have complained to the company as well as to provide remedies for the damage that may occurred. The company will not use such personal data for any purpose other than the aforementioned purpose as a processing base for the legitimate interest under section 24 (5) of the Personal Data Protection Act.
The rights of data owners under PDPA include the following:
1. The data subject has right to access and copy the personal data as well as right to object personal data processing.
2. After 3 years since the data was transmitted, the company will delete the personal data.
3. The data subject has the right to request the company to restrict the use of the Personal Data if the company misused the data.
4. The data subject has the right to amend the Personal Data to remains accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading.
5. The data subject has right to complain to the company and Personal Data Protection Committee according to the law if there is trace of data violation from the company’s officer or representative.
The company will use our best efforts to exercise the above rights in reasonable time which will not exceed the time specified by the law, at the same time, the service recipient will comply with all legal requirements related to the personal data rights, and the company reserves the right to charge any fees involved and necessary for the said right.
