Organization Management Structure

CPRAM Co., Ltd., one of the subsidiary companies in Charoen Pokphand
Group, produces and distributes ready to eat foods and bakery products.
CPRAM is committed to deliver delicious, safe, and nutritious foods with
the aim to create quality foods based on world class manufacturing
standards. CPRAM has its own research and development unit, our business
covers both manufacturing for global brand worldwide and focuses on our
own brand development.

Organization management structure consists of 9 Executive Committees
responsible for the business management according to the set objectives
and oversee the management team in each department.

Executive members are considered to have the knowledge, capability and
recognition in the professional industry. The management team has the

business ethics, adhere to the rule of law, morality and not involved in politics
with Commitment to as well as control the company’s operation with transparency, fairness and
responsibility to the stakeholders contributing to the organization’s success.
Sustainability CPRAM’s good governance adheres to the business practice guideline from
CP ALL Public Company Limited. The operation management strictly follows
the policy in accordance to the set guidelines from the Stock Exchange of
Thailand. There are 6 Executive members in charge of directing the policy
and controlling the management operation.
