CPRAM and FOOD 3S strategy
to drive business with balance
and sustainability.
CPRAM’s production process can be traced back
with safety and confident in every step. This reflects on
the Food Safety as our intention to preserve the food
taste inside the package that has safety throughout
production process and clear consuming instruction.
The guidelines that CPRAM and organization’s strategic partners have
committed and emphasized on together is to deliver goodness together
with talent to the consumers and society. All stakeholders from upstream to
downstream in the supply chain play important roles in responding to the
consumers and society’s expectation. We would like to share the goodness
together with talent to the consumers and society in term of Food Safety,
Food Security and Food Sustainability or FOOD 3S. All of these matters
are not just about one person but everyone has to make commitment
throughoutthe food supply chain to deliver goodness and talent in the
FOOD 3S to consumers and society.
Aspiration
to Establish Sustainable Food Safety
Food Safety is one of the objectives of FOOD 3S that CPRAM has emphasized
Food Security along the way and even more after 2017. Its meaning was not only to produce
cooked foods in a sealed package with safety and sterilization but to reflect
the work direction and set up specific unit in charge to take care of the goal
seriously and concretely. This is to clarify the direction of how to manage
the goal of food safety as well as the supply chain management to align with
the goal clearly.
