Moving into “Boundaryless Era”, in the next 5 years CPRAM will continue the determination
to create products and services with high quality and standard with the maximum
value creation to the consumers. This includes the sourcing of quality raw materials,
implementation of modern technology and machinery and continuous research &

value creation to the organization’s strategic partners by supply chain management
from upstream to downstream involving purchasing process, raw materials input into
production process until continuous and most efficient delivery to customers.
Boundaryless Era From a long journey over 35 years, the one thing CPRAM discovered was that the ability
(2023-2027) of personnel and organization were limitless. When the wall of restriction can be brought
down whether a framework for thinking, knowledge, expertise, the impossible can
become possible. This is the origin of the “Boundaryless Era” concept as Mr. Wisade
Wisidwinyoo, CPRAM Co., Ltd.’s president, had explained about the concept as follows.

we expanded the factory to cover all regions of the country. In innovation convergence
era, we dedicated to the development of personnel to become innovators. In the last
nice & smart era, we prompted people who do good together with talent throughout
the food supply chain with the Food 3S concept.
Today, we review ourselves and found that we have done almost everything. What
will the next era be? I questioned myself of what we haven’t done. There is a few but
only small challenges so I didn’t focus on it. Next, I changed the questions into what
we haven’t done to the full capability. Everything was not fully done or to the limit yet.
Then I wondered why the action taken to the limit was not possible, there is not limit if
there is new information, knowledge and idea. Anything new can happen. How can we
eliminate the limitation for us to step forward without boundary, hence, the origin of the

“Boundaryless” concept in the 8 era.
In Mr. Wisade’s perspective, the critical factors that make boundaryless idea become
true is the cooperation with all parties to create value to the society. Mr. Wisade continues
to say that
“In the past period, I discovered that the cooperation extended to all parties could create
boundaryless immediate. This boundaryless can occur from both internal and external
organizations from our supply chain to the external parties. Just think and take actions
will create endless development. We will create and extend cooperation with all parties
even in different industries. Something that hasn’t been done can be done and something
that has already been done we can expand collaboration in depth and in more detail to
create value to the society as this is our goal in this era.
