           After finished with the development era, C.P. Retailing and Marketing grew stronger respectively without
           stopping on the continuous product research and development. The company placed emphasis
           on conducting the business according to the manufacturer’s international standard systems including
           Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2000), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point system (HACCP),
 3  Era    Environmental Management (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (TIS 18001)

           and Total Quality Management (TQM).

           All of the above were the factors that elevated C.P. Retailing and Marketing business to progress and

 Globalization Era  grew efficiently. For this era, C.P. Retailing and Marketing adapted and applied international standards
           throughout the organization. Even for bakery business that did not produce for export but also implemented
 (1998-2002)   all international standard systems to improve efficiency and product quality.


           In 1999, C.P. Retailing and Marketing increased registered capital to 170 million Baht and moved the
           bakery factory from Meenburi District to Lat Krabang Industrial Estate in Bangkok and opened 2 new bakery
           factories in Hat Yai, Songkhla Province and Khon Kaen Province. Later in 2000, the company expanded the
